Our water heater broke Sunday morning, and Petros came out same day with a replacement. He spent the time to talk through the installation and field all my questions while doing the install. All around great service, 100% would recommend.

I made a request on Angie that I needed to get 4 toilets fixed. Petros from Floros responded almost immediately, walked through what the problems might be, made a diagnosis over the phone and the job was performed 2 days later. He came prepared with all the parts already, was fast, efficient, professional, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I found Floros Plumbing & Heating via Angi and Petros, the plumber, responded immediately. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal was not working. Pictures were sent of the problem and the Petros arrived with the part and had everything working in less than 1/2 hour. There was approximately 4 hours between first contact and completion of the job.

I reached out to Petros on Easter about a leak in my shower and he responded immediately-he was able to identify the problem within minutes, and I immediately felt less anxious about the process. I had a bathroom remodeled in the fall and the drain pipe hadn’t been installed properly, which caused a leak and damage to the floor. He promptly repaired it and even recommend a reputable contractor for the patch and repair work. He was so kind and helpful, has an extensive amount of knowledge, and did an amazing job handling the leak so quickly on a holiday weekend. I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful local business!

Mr. Floros was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He inspected and determined that the garbage disposal unit in the kitchen sink didn't need to be replaced. He repaired it pretty quickly. The rate was reasonable. We would hire him again if there's any need for his services.

Petros has been our plumber for about 15 years or so and we are well taken care of all these years. Despite the skilled plumbing he is himself is very friendly and trust worthy. Getting my plumbing fixed is always a delightful experience and the finished work is of the highest quality.

Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me.

In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.

A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet. He said that instread of calling him in for a simple repair, he could walk me through doing it myself! Amazing!

We will certainly be using P Floros for all future plumbing needs.
