David was amazing to work with! My husband and I had to get a home inspected quickly and within an hour of texting David I had an appointment for the following week. I made a list of all the additional things I wanted to have done and when David called me to get information for our meeting he explained what all the addition services were and explained which he believed I actually needed. He was honest and saved me a bunch of money - which I appreciate. He’s a real straight shooter.

On the day of the inspection he was at our potential property early and had already started looking around to get a feel for things. We walked the entire house together over the next two hours as he explained literally everything to me. He showed me how to operate the appliances correctly. He gave me advice on how he might tackle repairs that needed to be done. He answered every question I had in an easy to understand way. I felt like the money I paid for the inspection was well worth everything I received. If you are looking for a home inspection I would 100% recommend David and Massachusetts Home Inspections.
