Carl was professional and efficient. I entered the store without a clue as to how I wanted to tile a large bathtub niche. We chatted about my ideas, which he followed up by showing me a few ways to bring my ideas to life. Further conversation refined the choices of tile designs he showed me, and we had a winner. In addition, he assisted me in choosing grout for the shower wall, floor, and niche tiles, a task I had been dreading. All of this only took 1 hour without me feeling at all rushed or pressured. He is the essence of Customer Service, and I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Super disappointed in a recent purchase - the costly bathroom reno is less than acceptable due to many chipped tiles. The large subway tiles used in the walk-in shower are of terrible quality. The GC/Tile professional had to remove numerous tiles that chipped during grouting process - unfortunately they were not able to remove all of them so stuck with them. Photos and a letter explaining the issue was sent to Natick and the corporate HQ and after 2 months, still no response. They do not stand by their products like they say they do.

Danielle was SO helpful. She spent an hour helping me come up with ideas for the downstairs renovation on my house. She gave genuine opinions and had a lot of knowledge about design. We are so excited that we get to work with the Tile Shop!

EDITED: 6 months later... we are finally done with most of our massive renovation. Brian and Danielle were some of the most helpful people we had the pleasure of working with during our project.

Brian especially went above and beyond on numerous occasions. For instance: after we had a very poor installation experience with an outside contractor, he personally came to my home to inspect the tile and make a recommendation regarding how to fix it. He also helped ensure that the replacement tiles we needed were going to match what we had perfectly. Without him, I’m not sure where we would be.

Danielle helped with every design aspect of the tile in our home. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without her!
