If I could give 0 stars I would. I had better costumer service at Floor and Decor, and their return policy is dumb to say the least. The lead time for tile to arrive is a week but it always takes from 2 to 3 weeks. This is a joke of a store.

I own a contracting company and do a significant amount of tile ordering. Tiles Plus is, by far, the best vendor in my area. They have an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, a huge showroom with a vast selection of tile and flooring, are fairly priced, and have very quick turnaround time for getting the tiles delivered. For anyone looking for a tile vendor - look no further. I highly recommend them and everyone who works there.
