John was a very nice man, this was not a new rodeo for him. He was on time, and removed and installed The new toilet, very methodical way. The weather was rainy and humid. Not at all an easy day for manual labor he was exceptional. I must give a shout to all involved in my appointment with Accurate Baker Elman Newton. They all were wonderful.

Excellent service. Came promptly. Solved the problem efficiently and we were able to discuss what was absolutely necessary which was good because the prices were higher than expected. Then again, I haven’t used a plumber for over 25 years so I assume prices have increased just as everything else has.

Zack Jardin did a great job locating the leak that caused our water usage to double the last quarter. He also checked all our plumbing fixtures in the process and was able to replace one toilet tank water filling device. He also advised on future maintenance. All in all he was very helpful. I highly recommend him.

Came immediately to fix my leaking hot water tank.
Kathleen took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of tank vs tankless water heaters and the crew that installed it were efficient and professional. And they left my place clean! Doesn’t get any better. Highly recommend!

I got bailed out again by Baker Elman! An overnight burst pipe. They responded to me the first thing in the morning and rearranged their schedule so someone could come ASAP! Frank was fabulous! Knowledgeable and professional AND he also had to squeeze into a tight space to do the work! Another 5 star job!

We have been using Baker Elman for years as our plumbing service and we are very happy and pleased.

Whether it’s their office staff or the persons that have fixed our issues over the years, everyone is professional, punctual, and we have never had to have them repair something that they have already done.

Frank Fitch has been working on our plumbing several times and he has always been friendly, engaging, but at the same time gets the work done promptly.

If you need your plumbing issues fixed, I highly recommend Accurate Baker Elman!!!

Frank did a great job fixing our heating issue today. He is thorough, competent, and professional but friendly. He gave us good advice about our problem but about other plumbing issues as well. The price for the work was reasonable. I would hire Frank and Baker Elman again.
