Overall

I have rented equipment on 2 different occasions and it's been a great experience with the customer service and the equipment. Very modern equipment. I have rented a 50' lift and a 12" wood chipper. On time and the price is right!!

Great variety of late model equipment. I have rented a 50ft lift to cut tree branches for a day and a 12" wood chipper for a day as well. Mike, the owner dropped it off and picked them up both times.
I highly recommend them!!!

I started this rental being a dad trying to make a back yard for my 2 young kids. I had 13 piles of dirt to move around with a skid steer. The website quoted $385 and the bill ended up over $3000, as shown in the image of the bill. On Friday, they had to be called to send over the contract. They said they would drop off the equipment on Friday night only they had to be called the next morning to drop off the equipment and finally it arrived 2 hours late according to their contract. I had an issue when the track came off the equipment and they refused to address the issue after 5.7 hours of use so, I missed out on over half of the time that I had rented the equipment for. Only to have them charge me $500 to fix the equipment (Which took them less than an hour on Monday) and billed me for a full replacement of the track $1200. I offered to help them during the repair with no response, they billed me on Monday without any notice of the amount. When I called them to talk about it, the owner was short with me and ignorant. When I said ok, I will take the old track because it had minimal wear on the track I would try and recover some of the cost, I was met with a subtle laugh and the conversation was over. Seems like they wanted to ride out the current status of the rental and bank my money for the future. As a reviewer if anyone is looking at renting equipment to get a head and save some money, you can see in the bills that the fees are shocking from the beginning rental to the final fees in the bill. The image is from my backyard and it demonstrates the equipment was used to move dirt as it was intended. To educate those thinking about renting, think a head and don't let this happen to you. I have rented from them twice and I would never recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent equipment.

I rented their hydro seeder twice last week. Both times were easy checkout and the equipment worked great. They reviewed how to use the unit before I left and return was simple. The second rental had all new hose showing they care about keeping their equipment maintained and working.
My son rents from them with the same experiences. I will use them again and refer to friends. Chris Lindley
