My experience with East Coast Metal Roofing was very professional and transparent with care from start to finish. My first visit with Dave Harrison product specialist was thorough showing product and how it is installed and the many questions and concerns were answered with respect. Keith Lereski of quality control communicated from start to finish with respect to my concerns. Communication with the office managers , Jenna and Alex was prompt to keep me inform as what to expect with deliveries of dumpster, supplies materials and pick up of dumpster when project was finished. They answered my questions with care and respect whenever I called. I don’t want to forget the Crew which did an amazing job with precision to every piece they worked on even with the heat and humidity . They stayed hydrated and work hard. They all had care, transparency and respect throughout the two day project which was beyond my expectations and their finished work! I’ve added few pictures and they earned more than a 5 star rating in my book.

To say I’m pleased with my new roof from East Coast Metal Roofing, would be an understatement.
Every aspect of the project was amazing.
From the beginning with the sales manager, Andrew Bousquet who was extremely detailed and crossed every “t” and dotted every “i” making sure the contract was perfect.
To Shaun LaForce and Phil, two quality control, managers, who were at the property daily checking on the work to see that it was being installed properly.
Also lots of thanks to the wonderful crew who were fast, proficient, polite, and incredibly hard-working, starting at sunrise and working until sunset.
It was a joy to have them on the property. Their work was very skilled and their helpers cleaned up each day as they moved along on the job.
And lastly, the office managers, Jenna and Alex were there to answer any questions I might have had.
I have included pictures, and the last picture is the back of my house, as you can see this property was no easy feat for them!!
From start to finish, this was an A+ job.

We cannot say enough about East Coast Metal Roofing. They are true professionals! Dave Harrison, Product Specialist, met with us to explain their product, installation, and answer any questions we had. Keith Zereski, Quality Control Manager, communicated each day with status of the project. The on site “crew” showed up on time (early in fact) each day and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up the site each day. And Office Managers, Jenna and Alex were constantly in touch with updates on everything from dumpster drop off and removal to our local building inspector signing off on the project. We are so happy with the final result (as the pictures show). If you are considering a metal roof, the East Coast Metal Roofing is the team you want!

The asphalt shingles on my 24 year old roof were starting to break down and I decided it was time for a new roof. I had thought about getting a metal roof but wasn’t sure that I liked the corrugated looking metal that I see around the area. My cousin from Massachusetts had recently had his shingled roof replaced by East Coast Meta Roofing and was very happy with his new roof and the customer service. I contacted Patrick Saad, the project manager, and he came out and showed me samples of their shingles and answered all my questions on its durability and performance. I was quite impressed with the quality of the product and decided that that was what I wanted.
This past April the crew arrived and in 2 days had the old shingles removed, checked the underlying plywood for rot, replaced an old skylight and shingled the roof. They were so efficient. Shaun, the project manager, visited the site and checked the progress. When the crew left everything was picked up and put into the dumpster that they arranged to have delivered and removed. A final site visit was done to make sure nothing was left behind. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof.

We are extremely pleased with the looks of the roof and the sum of all the well done details. The flashing around the chimney is phenomenal, the ridge cap is perfectly aligned and the seamless gutters really tied the roof to the rest of the house.
Patrick (product specialist), Steve (project manager), Jenna and Alex (office managers) were very helpful. The crews working on the roof and the seamless gutters system were phenomenal, they were VERY productive, neat and organized.
Two days from old roof to new roof and gutters done by a separate crew at a later date.
We are extremely pleased.

Great experience from beginning to the end. Mike Kromm was very informative and I felt great about the product for the job. Jenna and Alex answered any questions I had. Keith Z came through and made sure the quality of the work was where it was supposed to be each day. And the crew.. unreal. They cane and did my roof so fast. I couldn't believe how good they were. My old roof was slate and heavy work. I had no sign of my old roof anywhere in my yard. Amazing.
Now when it rains I have no worries. All winter when it snowed my roof, and my neighbors roof ( also East Coast roof) are the first roofs with no snow. It just slides right off.
I would recommend this roofing system for any home.
