BILL - RETURN MY CALLS (and the money I paid you for plumbing fixtures)!

Just like the review below (Linda) - Bill Tierney, owner of Rock Solid, has been completely untrustworthy and deceitful, and he's now hiding from his customers.

Bill is stealing nearly $13,000 of my initial deposit that was clearly invoiced/documented for all of my plumbing fixtures for two full bathroom remodels (including a high-end massage tub that we decided to spring for). About three months ago, when it came time to install the plumbing, Bill disappeared and hasn't responded to calls, texts, and emails.

Avoid doing any sort of business with Bill Tierney - he's completely untrustworthy.

Bill Tierney and RockSolid kitchen and bath did a Large home remodel. It took a long time to complete. Fortunately he did complete most of it. However, Bill went out of business before everything could be completed, and while I have open warranty items. Overall, he did decent work, but we had a lot of problems with our glass shower door installation where they had to come back multiple times and I think they just tried to make A shower door that wasn’t measured properly work. Unfortunately, that shower door continues to have issues And truly disappointed that Bill is not returning any phone calls has not responded to my warranty requests and has completely blown us off. It’s probably gonna cost thousands of dollars to have this door repaired and totally frustrating after Spending over $200,000 on this remodel. There’s a few other things that were never finished either (we are still missing a kitchen drawer) Sadly, Bill turned out to be THAT Contractor that gives contractors a bad name. His store has been closed and his website is down. If Bill wants to do business anywhere in Plymouth county, trust me don’t use him He can’t be trusted.

The project started off well. They did a good job getting the big structural changes and the flooring done. But, the finishing work (Painting, grouting, etc.) was not well done. Bill never came back to look how it turned out. Had to re-paint over 1/2 the job ourselves and fix grouting around the tub and kitchen counter. Also, the job took many months longer than estimated.
