From the very first contact with Tim and the Generac team this was a wonderful experience. Tim came to the house walked us through everything, made suggestions and worked with the Propane company we chose and it was all done in a timely fashion. We couldn't be happier with everything

Tim has always presented himself with confidence of his knowledge of his product from the initial installation to yearly maintenance. He is a pleasure to speak to and engages conversation without the feeling of being in a rush fully explaining the question which comes up. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim to others for their install of generators or maintenance issue. My interaction with Tim has always been positive. If you're in need of a trustworthy individual, Tim fits that category, you'll be satisfied. I know I am.

Overall

Tim Groh has been nothing short of fantastic. Tim came in with a great quote that did not go up, coordinated with the other services and had the job completed on time. He contacts me for scheduling our yearly pm and once when we had an issue, Tim diagnosed it perfectly and followed up to make sure it was still working properly. Total peace of mind. This was by far the best decision we have made with all of our construction upgrades. We highly recommend Tim for any and all generator needs.

Overall

Tim Groh installed our generator about 1 year ago.He explained everything ,so we could understand.He gave us suggestions as to where to place it and why. Installation was perfect ,he organized everything..he and his helpers were very neat !
He also performs oil change and inspects it once a year.My husband and I were more than pleased with Tim and his work.Not to mention the generator is great we have had to use it 3 times already.Works wonderful.We really appreciate the security this generator has provided to us.so we have the ability to stay in our home during electrical disruptions ,due to weather or anything else.
Tim and his company we highly recommend !
