I used SHS for my condo in Boston and they did a phenomenal job! They exceeded expectations by consulting on paint colors to freshen up the space and picked appropriate decor for a space with exposed brick and beams. The furniture pieces were unique and showcased the space so well that I didn't even make it to the weekend open house before I accepted an offer. Parking is always an issue in the city and they coordinated with my building and did the work for obtaining a permit. It was seamless and stress free, I would not hesitate to use SHS again or recommend them in the future.

It's been nearly six months since we sold our Newton house, and reflecting on our experience, I'm filled with fond memories. I'm compelled to leave a glowing review for Kim. Her unique blend of artistry and efficiency is truly remarkable. Kim was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and we are very glad she was! She is easy to work with, has great customer service skills and is quick to respond to communications. Kim was able to get to our house when we needed/on our schedule during the whole process - from meeting to go over the initial details, to performing the staging, and to picking up the furniture at the end. We are first-time sellers and have never used a staging company before and she made the whole process very seamless and stress-free. She was able to optimize the use of our own furniture while also recommending good options that she could bring in to match with ours that would improve the look and feel of our house for potential buyers. She knew the most effective ways to reorganize and showcase the space in the rooms so that they looked larger and brighter without sacrificing the cozy, at-home feel. She thought of EVERYTHING - from what the best locations of furniture would be, to the size and colors of carpets that would look the best, to lighting and landscaping. Our family and friends were amazed when they saw our listing because she made it look so cozy/modern/spacious, we almost didn't want to sell! We would 110% use her services again in the future. I am convinced we had as many offers as we did because of her work. Stop looking for staging companies and hire Kim and SPACE home staging!!

I used SPACE Home Staging in the process of selling my home. I hired her for a partial home staging and the results were beautiful. The furniture that she chose was beautiful and fit in perfectly with my own. The final product was cohesive and made the house look comfortable and lived-in while still being very polished. We had a lot of very positive feedback on the appearance of the house from perspective buyers and agents; most could not tell which rooms were staged and which were our own furniture.
Kim was very professional throughout the entire process. She came out for an initial consultation, took pictures of the existing furniture to match the pieces, and made suggestions of how to make the best use of what we already had. She worked with us to schedule the pick-up and drop-off at a time that was most convenient for us and she was very clear about what she needed from us to prepare the space for the new pieces. She was also very respectful of our home and our things in the process of moving items in and out. The contract was clear, very fairly priced, and was specific in terms of the expectations for both parties.
Overall, working with SPACE Home Staging was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs home staging or design!
