We worked with Sean & team through a lengthy insurance process and everything was absolutely phenomenal. There are a few low reviews here - take them with a grain of salt. Bare bones of our situation: My1st floor multifamily unit was broken into during the 4 days in between tenants. The people who broke in broke a water pipe and caused a load of damage. Sean was our liaison between myself and the insurance company. He was able to get more funding for us than a typical process. His communication, timeliness and over all friendliness won us over. I will recommend Consumer Adjusters to anyone in need. Give them a chance, they were awesome!! **** I am a real reviewer and am happy to give verbal reviews or references if anyone is wary up front!

I can't say enough good about this company they were fantastic dealing with the loss of our home from a fire. They were so knowledgeable, and right there for us all the way through. Not sure how we would have gotten through it without their assistance.

It was a pleasure working with Consumer Adjusters, they made the process of dealing with the insurance company seamless, after my house was in a fire I didn't know where to turn, but once I meet Shawn
and Nate from Consumer Adjusters , they guide me through the process and I was back in my house in less than 10 months
