We encountered a water leak and was unable to trace the source. Adam Moore was able to locate the leak and repair the issue. I was skeptical calling Heritage- it is hard to find good plumbers. After meeting Will and seeing how fast he fixed my low water pressure, I was impressed! He was amazing. He fixed the problem fast and efficiently! Absolutely recommend Heritage- and if you call ask for Will!!!

Joshua was great! Very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Thank you so much Joshua! Not only was Josh knowledgeable but he actually referred us to a drain company that was more suitable for our particular problem. He stayed with me until I secured an appointment with the company. The company came out the next morning and fixed our problem! I trust Heritage and Josh. They know their stuff and are always honest.

Heritage sent a plumber next day. William was professional, courteous, and excellent at diagnosing, evaluating the scope of the work, and proactive in finding and repairing a larger problem that, left unnoticed, would have soon created devastating damage to my home. The workspace was protected, and thoroughly cleaned after the repairs. I live in a 100+ year old home, and was pleased with the care and respect William demonstrated for my Salem home. The invoice amount contained discounts, and was very reasonable. I highly recommend William of Heritage.

The service was excellent—timely responses and punctual arrival. I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and opted for installation by Heritage Home Services. Josh provided an estimate and guided me in choosing the right replacement for my existing unit. Scott and his team performed admirably during installation and cleanup, calling ahead and arriving promptly. Their work was thorough and professional—I highly recommend them.

I wanted to share the outstanding service I received from Ryan Cunningham with Heritage Home Services. After the installation of my new HVAC system, it stopped running so Ryan was sent to troubleshoot the problem. He was very thorough and found the small problem that created the big problem (no AC) and resolved the issue. With the days summer days getting hotter, I appreciated his due diligence to get our AC up and running. Our home is nice and cool and very comfortable! Thank you Ryan! Have a great summer! We will!

Josh G. and Chad were incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions about the plumbing issues I was having, and offered maintenance tips to keep everything working well. They were friendly and were able to very clearly explain what was going on and what they’d be doing to fix it. I appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. They were great to work with, and I’ll be calling Heritage for all my home needs. Heritage was also very quick in scheduling my service, and the team overall is wonderful.
