Adam from SMW was fantastic to work with. Every time I reached out he responded immediately and took action. Any issue that arises where you need to file a claim is extremely stressful, having Adam and SMW in our corner was the best move we could have done. Highly recommend SMW.

These guys are absolutely the best!! I had water damage throughout my entire 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home requiring me to find other housing as a complete renovation of my entire home needed to be done. When I started the claim with my insurance company the adjuster who works for them spoke with me me, was not helpful, was trying to get the minimal amount of work done, not quoting me nearly enough money required to get my home repaired back to the way it was. Frustrated by this, I learned about public adjusters and got in touch with SMW adjusters. It is absolutely the best thing I have ever done!!!! These guys are amazing!!! Paul came to my house in a days notice, met face to face with the insurance company's adjuster, got me into suitable housing for myself, 2 young children and 2 dogs. He made sure all my belonging were packed/stored by reputable company's, not put in a "tin can" pod in my driveway, got me advanced payments from insurance company as well as a company to take over hotel/apartment charges. Diane helped manage all my out of living expenses, was incredibly knowledgeable, a lightening fast communicator, gets straight to the point, meticulous with keeping track of all my out of home living costs and made sure I was getting reimbursed by my insurance company throughout the process. Ricky was in charge of making sure everything in my house was put back together the way it was. He was very detailed in his assessment, noticed many flaws in the insurance company's adjusters reports such as trying to replace my quartz countertops with laminate countertops. He was able to get through it all, work with the other adjuster to get the report accurate and negotiate with the insurance company to get the amount of money needed to get my job back to the way it was. This team is absolutely amazing!! My house came out fantastic and I will not hesitate to ever use them again. I will forever be grateful for what they have done for me. If anyone has a home insurance claim going please dont mess around with using your insurance companies adjusters...you need to go straight to this incredible company. They will absolutely get you everything you deserve and are a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much guys!

I hired Diane Swerling from Swerling Milton Winnick for a very complicated water loss at my home in North Andover. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with and did not want to pay me for items I deserved. Diane and Ricky were persistent and got me everything I was entitled to. I was amazed by how they took over the claim process and went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully compensated for my loss. I would never have been able to have handled this on my own. Diane was wonderful and very professional. She goes above and beyond to help you.
This was the best decision I made hiring SMW. Diane handled all insurance and condo association issues with her expertise. Without hesitation, I would definitely hire them again.
