Overall

They did a new roof, windows and siding on our commercial building. Excellent job, reasonable prices. Very professional. Ken gave us some great ideas that dramatically improved the curb appeal for a small cost. Lynn is always available for follow-up and follow through and communication which can often be a problem with construction. Good people doing good work.

Every aspect of my new roof installation by Adam Quenneville was terrific. Estimating, scheduling, special ordering the skylights, installation and cleanup were all handled very professionally. In fact, I've already given their name to a neighbor who needs some roof work done on his home!

We highly recommend this roofing company! After having a tree fall on the roof of our business and cause damage, Ken came down quickly and checked out the roof and gave us an estimate and told us exactly what needed to be done. Thereafter, Ken came back in a timely fashion and got the work done. Lynn dealt with the insurance company for us so that we wouldn't have to go through the aggravation of it. There were a few follow up things that had to be dealt with and again Ken came down in a timely fashion and got it taken care of. The roof is in great shape and we would definitely recommend them for any roof repairs or replacement that you might need!

Ken and Lynn have certainly optimized their teamwork strategy, making for a completely satisfying customer experience. Ken demonstrated his years of roofing experience starting with our roof inspection, a roofing sketch with various measurements and comments, a coordinated meeting including my wife Clare and Lynn , to discuss shingle designs and samples, and an ball park estimate. Lynn’s availability on questions and follow through on answers made for a very comfortable transaction. After deciding on the shingle design, we met again to discuss the final cost and timeline for completion. This process was efficient, timely, and transparent, involving all parties so that the things flowed smoothly. The actual roofing replacement was done professionally, on time, with a high degree of quality in the mix. Ken was always on site to deal with any questions, which certainly added to our satisfaction. The work site was always debris free during installation and clean upon completion. Both Lynn and Ken followed up after completion to ensure our satisfaction. In conclusion, we would highly recommended Adam Quenneville Roofing, the installation team was great and the Ken & Lynn management team were reliably all that we could ask for.
