Used for mice problem since Sep 2023. Initial setup 365 and first checkin asked for 165 after just two weeks due to refill. Tho activity in the walls going strong, technician joshua did not spot any mice trace. Never mentioned no need to refill during winter. Would not renew.

Billy is responsive, intelligent, and honest. He explains everything upfront, does not “over treat” and leaves us confident and comfortable with any treatment plan he recommends. We have NEVER had a problem in our home. He treats properly outside, and that keeps problems away! I would recommend Billy 100% of the time. Eliminate’em as a company is also the best around. Responsive, reasonably priced, and on-time.

After discovering a family of mice had moved in and were not paying rent, I called EliminateEm, was put in contact with John D -- and could not be happier with the result!
As other reviews mentioned as well, the initial call into the office took my information and told me someone would call within 15 minutes however the returned call took 3 hours instead. I didn't call back, assumed they were busy and gave them a chance, and sure enough was scheduled for a visit the following day.
John D was more than a pleasure to work with! He was very friendly, professional, and down-to-earth; he was more than happy and patient in answering all my questions/concerns. I sincerely appreciated John's candidness and straight-shot explinations, as well as his knowledge, experience, and time in getting my home back to where it should be.

Our technician has been Collin. Our experience with him: Excellent. We needed an inspection for a VA loan. Collin provided professional and responsive service including being able to clearly state the signs of an issue and recommended course of action when the current home owner wanted clarification.

The house did show evidence of carpenter bees and he provided advice for treatment (not required now, better in the spring) and was able to quickly schedule treatment when the VA required that we do it in November anyways.

We will be able to buy our house and Collin was a large part of that. Excellent service. I will use Eliminate 'em again and recommend them without hesitation.

I noticed that I had saw dust in my basement windows in my house and I called Eliminate 'em pest control services. They were able to come the following day which was very impressive to me. The technician who came his name is Shawn and he was absolutely spectacular and very professional. He was very informative on what type of pest was causing damage to my property and he was extremely polite and very friendly. He has a great personality and he performed above and beyond what I had expected any technician to do. His customer service skills were phenomenal. Your company should be ecstatic and very grateful to have an employee like that working for you.
