Best customer service at Betts! I called 3 minutes before they closed on a Friday for a capacitor that left me with no heat, they had it in stock and purchased over the phone so they could hide it outside for me to pick up after hours. Thanks Betts

A good friend referred me to this location. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and put in a vast amount of effort to look up my 30 year old+ motor and find a replacement that was in stock. Carefully explained the process and what to be careful of.

For someone who is used to going to Home Depot to pick up parts, Betts was a genuine gold mine of a discovery for me. I had a bathroom project that needed a unique design, and the folks at Betts not only came up with a better solution, but the part was only $3.75. I may still be stunned. While I was there for only 15 minutes, there was a constant turn over of "real" plumbers getting parts and advice, which makes me feel even more confident about choosing this store for my project now, and in the future.
