Joe came highly recommended but we’re sorry to say we have not had the experience that other reviewers have posted.
We called Joe to install a new liner. He determined that it could not be done at the time because of our high water table. He installed a pump for the ground water and then “radio silence” - he disappeared. There was none of the communication other posts mentioned. We had to contact him several times, and, finally, he just told us to shut off the pump. He never came by to check the progress or contact us to inquire about it. It was weeks later before he finally showed up.

Eventually he installed the new liner and, admittedly, he was professional and knowledgeable during this process, but he left the remains of the replaced liner for us to dispose of. He also charged us triple the local cost for the pool salt .

The following Spring, when we called him to open the pool, the liner he installed had fallen off the pool wall. Ground water, again, was supposedly to blame. We had to empty the pool. Another 2k later and another 2 deliveries of pool water and the liner was “reinstalled”. He drilled a large hole in our pool deck for us to attach a pump for the ground water and offered us his “new pump” for what it cost - “$750” (although we were able to find the same pump new for 5k online). We’re left with a huge open hole in the pool deck and a recommendation to dig a long trench across our yard. (?!?) to pump out the ground water. There was also a crease in the liner after the reinstallation that he assured us he’d come back to fix. No show all summer.

As fall approached, we called to ask him to return as, again, the lining was pulling away from the wall (ground water was not an issue this time) and the crease still needed to be fixed. We were hoping to get these things fixed before we closed the pool (using someone else at this point). There was no response about the crease, but he called us right away with what we assume was the intention of telling US how to fix the problem with liner. We did not answer the phone. DONE.

So incredibly frustrated and disappointed.- so much money wasted. We will NOT use his service again, nor recommend him to anyone.

Great Experience with Joe! Was in a dilemma with a floating pool liner. Joe came in, assessed and replaced liner faster than any other company around and he was able to save me a lot of money. Had another issue after liner was installed and Joe came over within a day to check it out. Any pool issue, they have the answer. Great Business!

When we moved in 15 years ago, the pool was in tough shape. We search around and called Joe! He replaced our liner a couple of years later; we were pleased then! We called him last winter to come evaluate our liner (12yrs later) and he said “it’s time for a new liner”. Again, happy customers! Installed in one day, cleaned up and ready to swim a few days later! We recommend Joe and his crew to all our friends, and he’s always there when you need him!

We bought our new home around this time last year and was assured by the previous owners that the pool was functioning appropriately. Well weren’t we surprised when the weather warmed and we peeked under the safety cover to find it completely empty with sagging and wrinkles ?. I called multiple pool companies immediately and Joe showed up same day after his other jobs and gave us a quote, picked out a liner, and we put down a deposit. It was a rough summer with all the rain and ran into a few delays because of it but Joe came up with a solution to get us installed in June like we wanted and came out multiple times to help us. He never blinked an eye or seemed frustrated with us as new inground pool owners. Great communication, reliable, knowledgeable and fair. Because of Joe’s work ethic and customer service, he earned a repeat customer. We had him close our pool in the winter and will be reaching out soon for our summer opening. And he has the cutest dog! 10/10 recommend, you’d be silly to use someone else!

Joe was outstanding! He came in Fall to identify leaks in our inground pool liner. He made the repairs and helped us determine a new liner to be installed after Winter. Joe kept in touch with us and helped select a liner that was best for us. In March the liner was ordered and installed in April. Their workmanship was neat and met our expectations. They completed the installation in one day and had water delivered at the end of that same day. Joe followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. He is a personable guy that knows his business. If you're looking for pool installation or repair ABOVE ALL POOLS should be your choice. Highly recommend them!!!
