Sheila is so informative throughout the entire process, and John is beyond thorough when doing the inspection itself. John is fantastic. So knowledgeable, detail oriented and clearly there to make sure the home buyer learns something and is fully aware of what they want to purchase. He patiently answered all of our questions and took his time to leave no stone unturned.

He definitely explained everything he was looking at, what he expected to see and what he did see as well as what that meant. He left us feeling like we knew exactly what we would be getting into if we purchased the house we were considering.

The follow up and the report and the again were so professional and detailed. From the reminder of our appointment to the inspection document itself, the level of attention and detail was exactly what we needed. He is a kind, considerate man and so easy to work with. I understand it is his wife that works alongside him and she too was so kind! Thank you both for the amazing service you provided to us. We are definitely going to use his business again!

John from Barber home inspections was great. Even on our new construction house we were told to get a home inspection and it was some of the best money we’ve ever spent.

John was extremely detailed and took his time going through each and every room of our house. He pointed out and noticed many things we didn’t. John’s report was clear and concise with a lot of factual information. John’s report was submitted to our builder and they agreed to adjust everything that was called out. It made our life much less stressful going into closing.

Would highly recommend Barber home inspections.
