Could not recommend this company enough. Sent an email on a Friday evening, Jay was here on Tuesday making short and long term plans for the pool. Had his crew out 2 days later replacing filter and running pipes to help the flow, finished within 2 hours and pool is already CLEAR. Can’t wait to see the upcoming plans for the pool rehab. Great customer service and work!

Overall

I used Jay Jay's Pool Service to close my pool last year and the person they sent was amazing! Not only did he clearly explain the steps required, he also showed me how to use my pool heater (new to pools...had no idea!). Plus, we had zero issues through a tough winter!!! Just scheduled Jay Jay's Pool Service to close my pool again this year...October 14th!

Avoid this place. I had them open my pool for $375 dollars and it was a waste of money. They just took off the tarp and unplugged a few things and that appears to be it. I could have done this myself. My pool was (and still is) green since they've opened it more than two weeks ago. I've called numerous times about how to fix the green water and all they do is tell me to shock the pool and keep shocking it every day. I followed their instructions and nothing has changed. I still can't swim in the pool. I asked them to come back to clear the pool, but they said that's a new service charge. Other pool companies have told me their openings include getting the pool clean and in swimming condition--even if that means a second trip. But not Jay Jay's. Also, the person who came over to open the pool did not know I had an automatic chlorinator (it's in plain site). I've used them for something else once and the person who showed up didn't know about automatic vacuums and had to call their boss a few times because they didn't know how my pool pump worked. Most employees are not friendly and lack communication skills. I'm never using them again.
