After experiencing significant flooding and water damage to our home during a major storm, my efforts to work with our insurance company were painful to say the least. While trying to navigate the claim on my own at a time when hundreds of others were doing the same, the insurance company was difficult to get a hold of, not providing me with answers to my questions, and provided an initial claim amount that barely cover the cost of the cleanup and mold mitigation expenses let alone any of the repair work. The stress and frustration from the time and energy I had put in myself coupled with the potential financial implications to my family were unsettling. Thankfully, a family member encouraged us to reach out to Justin from Grenier Public Adjusters, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning, Justin immediately took the time and care to hear our concerns, gather all the information and fully took the reins interacting with the insurance company and all other agencies involved. He explained every step of the process to ensure we were looped in, but was in full control allowing us to refocus on our day to day family life while also reassuring us that we were going to get a fair reimbursement amount. In the end, through his knowledge, attention to detail, and hard work advocating on our behalf, he was able to increase our reimbursement amount by almost four times the initial quote we were provided when I was doing this on my own. We cannot thank Justin enough for helping us get through this process, as without him, our home and our finances would have not been able to recover from this incident. Justin is amazing at what he does, and I am so thankful we made the decision to not go at it alone by choosing Grenier Public Adjusters.

We had a fire in our house on August 17, 2022. At the recommendation of a friend, we chose Justin Grenier (Grenier Public Adjusters) as our public adjuster. He was at our house that afternoon, reported the claim to our insurance company, assisted us to navigate through our insurance policy, set up our temporary housing. He set our expectations on the first day of what the process will be. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Over the next weeks, we had a lot of questions and Justin was right there to help answer all our questions. His team was remarkable, going through the damaged house, documenting all the inventory we lost. Justin handled all contact and correspondence with the insurance company. I honestly don’t know where we would have been without him. We are now back in our house and appreciate all the help and support he gave us through this whole ordeal. He encouraged us when we were down, he supported us when we needed it and we appreciated his sense of humor. Thank you for everything to get through this. Justin did a great job handling our insurance claim after we had a furnace explosion in our home. The damage was extensive and we had to move out of our house for a year while it was being fixed. During this time, his expertise was invaluable in understanding how to navigate the intricacies of our insurance policy. His knowledge of each aspect of our claim was extremely helpful. He quickly acted on things at the beginning that we would have never thought of and connected us with the appropriate contractors. Initially he had all our contents inventoried which was a tremendous help. He then helped us with contractors for finding an apartment, moving, cleaning, as well as others. In summary, I would highly recommend Justin as a public adjuster and we are sure our settlement was much better than if we had tried to do this on our own.
