Awesome experience from start to finish. Chelsea found a remnant of a beautiful soapstone that worked perfectly for our fireplace pad. The team came out and completed the template on a Monday and the install took place Wednesday! I was recommended Big Brother’s and will continue to pass on the recommendation. We will be using them for future projects!

My brother is a contractor and recommended Big Brothers Marble and Granite to me. Went there with my wife on a Saturday checking out the different options. Went back again the following weekend and we made a final decision on quartz. They came out shortly after we made our choice and installed the countertops and they look great! Misleading quotes. Hostile customer service. Do yourself a huge favor if you buy stone from 2nd chance and think you are going to have it cut there for a reasonable price... Don't do it! One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had in my life. Please save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go anywhere else.

Don't do business with these people!!!

If I could give them a zero star I would! The manager (Mary) gave sent me to their "Halethorpe" location and have me the wrong address. She had me riding around for 30 min because she gave mw their Baltimore location at first after I asked for the Halethorpe location. Then she didn't provide the a suite number so I kept having to call her back. She was very unprofessional. She picked up the phone by saying "hello" like I wasn't calling a business. When I asked for the owners name she was hesitant on giving it to me and gave me. She had an attitude the whole time and she really inconvenienced me therefore she will not be getting my business

It's sad to see a business that acts this way treat customers and i customers this way.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The customer service is amazing, the service is impeccable, and everyone, from owner to salesperson to installers, were fantastic to work with. We had a piece that did not fit perfectly, and I was willing for them to drop a small strip in behind it, but they refused to do that and came back with a perfectly cut piece that very same day! All of the work was done in 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves, were professional and attentive to detail. We had 3 counters and a table installed, and only 1 had to be seamed, and it was done so well that you can barely notice it. I was so shocked since I have never had a home improvement project that went so smoothly! I will be recommending Big Brother for sure!!!

What a great job! The Staff was very helpful, patient, and extremely polite! The installers were awesome and friendly too! One expensive hiccup...but Big Brother stepped to the plate and fixed it with a rush. Most companies would have stuck it on me. VERY HONORABLE. It came out fantastic!!!! Kitchen is almost finished!!!
