We called Roger after we discovered a leak in the casing of one of the windows in the house we had just moved into. He came over within a half hour, identified a few potential sources of the leak, and had a team over to fix them up only a few hours later. Thanks to Roger and his team, we were able to get our leak fixed in less than 24 hours! It was amazing to find someone so close by, responsive, and knowledgeable—we definitely recommend!

Towards the end of last summer I had my Patterson Park rowhouse roof replaced by Roger’s team. They were efficient and left the space to the front and back of my house very clean upon leaving. Due to the weather and our holiday season travels it was hard to find a time, but once it cleared up the City Builder team quickly came and took care of the project.

I was experiencing significant leaking from my top floor ceiling. I called Roger on a Monday afternoon and he was able to come out and do an assessment first thing Tuesday morning. By Wednesday early afternoon, his team repaired and sealed my roof. They also were able to replace my damaged window frame that was peeling back and allowing water to get inside.

From start to finish, Roger and his team were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was provided photos every step of the way during the process. I especially appreciated how Roger took the time to sit down with me and give me an honest explanation of the issues with my roof and effective solutions.

Roger and his team care a lot about what they do and the work that they produce. They completely replaced our roof and built us a brand new roof deck that finally allows us to enjoy our outdoor space again. He even went so far as to include some adjustments to the original plan at no extra cost in order to maximize the amount of usable space on the lower portion.
