New post! Five stars PLUS! Did a fantastic job installing new windows and painting our house. On time crew, hard working, project manager Justin was always in contact and great with follow-up. So wonderful to find such an excellent company! Previous post: I would give them more stars if I could. Re-engineered and rebuilt our dock to better withstand the force of Bay waters. They were on time, finished the project early, cleaned up perfectly and followed up before, during, and after. I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and Justin and their work crew. I will definitely use them for future projects.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Justin from Sweetwater Exteriors for a significant renovation project on our condo, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
Our condo needed the siding replaced and a new door installed, and Sweetwater Exteriors handled these tasks with exceptional skill and professionalism. Not only did they complete these major exterior updates, but they also did an excellent job on the trim for our interior. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship are evident in every aspect of their work.
Thanks to Tyler and Justin our condo looks fantastic now. The new siding and door have completely transformed the exterior, and the interior trim adds a polished and sophisticated touch.
We highly recommend Sweetwater Exteriors to anyone in need of home improvement services. They truly exceeded our expectations!

Worst experience with a contractor in Maryland. Steer clear of this outfit, Tyler and his business are a bunch of crooks. My condo association is in bed with this contractor so I was fleeced to the tune of over $12,000 for exterior siding. Sweetwater underbid the job and then flooded us owners with change orders. The siding installation and quality were the worst I’ve seen. The contractor does not even know how to install flashing. Tyler and this firm will do everything in their power to avoid liability and taking accountability of their shoddy work. See the photos, I was instructed this was properly installed. I am actively seeking resolution of this matter through the attorney general as well as the board that governs contractors. Where I’m from, business is best done on trust and a hand-shake. Do not trust this contractor because they will lie and cheat. They have trespassed on my property, ruined my living room floor due to their incompetence or intentional infliction of emotional distress as well as breached our contract and their worthless warranty. Tyler may come in for less of a price, but through deceptive practices nearly doubled the price of our contract and refuses to do any warranty work. While up front the cost may be less, you will spend more through litigation and enforcement of any deal you make with this fraudulently dealing firm. Save yourself some money and energy and go with a better more reputable exterior contractor in ocean city, Md.

After getting several estimates, some at triple the price point, I chose Sweetwater. It was not because of the price point though, but because of Ken's enthusiasm for my rather unique project.
Eric and his crew were fantastic at demolition and precise with the complicated job of extending the foundation.
Franklin and crew put up the framing and siding with minimal mess and shocking speed.
Sergio and his team handled the extreme ceiling and painting with ease, even when I requested last minute extra painting of interior rooms.
Justin, the project manager ran himself ragged , back and forth, to make sure every detail was handled.
Tyler and Ken kept me constantly updated and were always available.
Taylor at the office handled the billing promptly and professionally.
I would highly recommend Sweetwater, and will always seek them out for future projects.
They turned a rotting screened in porch into my beautiful aviary.
I had a vision, and Sweetwater made it a reality.
