Hired this company for a job and wouldn't use them again. Their finance department struggles to invoices to the correct person, yet call demanding payment. When you tell them you haven't received anything, they insist that you're a liar. I asked if I could email them to correct the issue, they declined. I verbally said the email, they still wrote it incorrectly, and I sent it to the contractor via text. After 24 hours they realized they were sending the invoices to the wrong person.

If you're going to use this company, be prepared for ineptness with paying your invoice.

A One Heating and Air Conditioning did a good job. I would have given them 5 stars. The reason why I did not give them 5 stars had to do with a scheduling issue. I had to contact the company after being told my technician would be on the job at a certain time and he did not show up as scheduled. Once I called I was then informed that he was delayed. Keeping the customer informed is very important.

Excellent service!!! From start to finish, I couldn’t be anymore satisfied. My AC went out at the peak of the spring season (all to find out a negligent install of a dehumidifier by a family member caused this issue). I had the HVAC unit replaced/installed by A One Heating and Air Conditioning) on/about 2017. They came out no problem, and Marlon provided great detail/assessment of the issue. There is truly no other choice but A One Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating/cooling needs. Overall a great experience, thanks again!!

Cannot speak highly enough about this company.

The short: Trustworthy, great work and fair price.

The long: Our furnace started blowing cold air on a Friday night. We called another company to come assess. They charged us $80 dollars and told us the part would be $682 (inducer motor). They said the company would call Monday to order the part.

I ended up calling A One Heating to get a second opinion. They told me they would come out Monday morning to assess and ensure the problem was indeed the inducer motor for $69. They also notified me that the furnace was still under warranty and the part should be FREE. Something the other company failed to notify us of (they installed the furnace as well).

A One Heating came out at 9 AM on Monday, took apart the motor to figure out the problem, went and got a new one and installed it by noon the same day for $319 total to include that $69 service fee. The crew member was pleasant and very knowledgeable. This company will have my business for as long as I live in the area. Thank you again and God bless.
