Sean and his team were fast and professional. They did an amazing job on our deck refurbishment. He and his team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Communication was superb and the timeline from quote to finish was quick! They left everything in better shape than they found it. We love our "new" deck!!

During the summer of 2022 we reconstructed our wood deck to composite and expanded it. While we loved the additional space it quickly became clear that those who build the deck did a very poor job. Enter American Deck!

I reached out to American Deck because they were listed as a Platinum installer of Timbertech composite decking. The Conway's were super responsive to my needs and made two separate site visits to make sure that we were clear on the scope of the repairs. Unfortunately, the deck was built so poorly that we were limited in what could be done without totally starting from scratch.

But Sean and Chase Conway worked with me to find a path forward. Rene, the foreman, did an amazing job on site and within two weeks, our deck is looking and functioning as we had originally wished.

I can't say enough about Sean, Chase and Rene. They were truly professional and we love the work they did. We wish we used them from the get go and we'd have an even nicer outdoor space!

We have been thrilled all summer with our new low-maintenance deck railing with "drink rail." In March, American Deck replaced our 30-year-old rotting white-painted railing. (Our 30-year old redwood deck was still sound.) The price was competitive. Sean Conway's knowledge of the products available contributed suggestions that made the end result better than we had hoped. The work was done by highly skilled men, timely, neatly, efficiently. There are many odd-angle miter cuts in our railing and all were made perfectly. After the work was done, we had one issue at the steps. Sean was out the next day to resolve our concern completely. We give him the highest praise for communications and customer service. Working with American Deck was a terrific experience!

I contacted Sean about my front-walkway following a recommendation by a friend. Boy am I glad I did!

I found Sean to be responsive, helpful, and honest. Sean worked with me to find the right approach and kept in touch with me about what was going on. His estimate was consistent with other's I'd received but his companies' service went above.

Sean's team fit my work in between larger jobs and were very responsive when I had questions or concerns. My new walkway looks great. I found I had to do a lot less chasing than I am used to with contractors too. I greatly recommend American Deck and Patio!

I got estimates to replace the decking on our existing wood deck from three deck companies with great reputations. Frankly, I was impressed by all of them but Sean from American Deck & Patio really stood out. When he inspected my deck, he talked me through all the things he looks for when considering work on an older deck. He listened to what I wanted and discussed my options in a very straightforward and down-to-earth way. While I was interested in composite decking, there was no pressure to choose one material or option over another, just the pros and cons of each one. I left that meeting with complete confidence that if I selected Sean and his team, they would do a great job.

I accepted Sean's very competitive price and he and Mia kept me completely informed about every step as the job was scheduled and completed. His team was great, too. They got the job done a day early and his foreman even waited for me to get home one day to make sure my hot tub was positioned exactly right—he even helped me reconnect the wiring—something I had not asked for or expected him to do.

As expected, the work was excellent. My new Trex decking looks fantastic. I could not be happier with both the end result and the way the entire project was carried out. I highly recommend American Deck & Patio—they completely exceeded my expectations and I'd use them again with complete confidence.
