Overall

11 hours to install our system! Absolutely absurd- my husband literally had to help the technician complete the install process, but yet they left and forgot to show us how to program the new locks; so the tech called after they left, while we were at dinner on a Friday night. Maybe if it didn’t take 11 hours?.::

2 weeks later the system is no longer working, I reach out to the sales advisor. The say call the 1.888 number to put in a ticket. Great service! What a dependable alarm system!

I’ve been with Guardian for almost 12 years now. Love this security company! Just transferred my service to a new property and was excited to take them with me ; ) Scheduling was super easy and Jeff was my technician. He was super knowledgeable about the new system and made everything really easy to understand. I appreciate his professionalism and care to ensure I feel comfortable and safe in my new home.

Everything that guardian told us turned out to be wrong. All they wanted to do was sell us new equipment and it did not solve any of our problems. We were told we would get a call the night before with the window. We never got that we were told the technician would call us 30 minutes before getting to our house and we never got that call. The service took many hours and apparently is not going to solve any of the issues that we were having we are very unhappy with Guardian protection

I have had the Guardian Protection system for a very long time - house alarm, garage, smoke/carbon monoxide alarm, and video doorbell. I love the cell phone app. Today, Sean installed the upgraded video doorbell pro. He did a great job. He was patient with my questions and explained the operation of the doorbell on the Guardian app so it was easily understandable.

We recently had a video doorbell installed. Joe, the technician, was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He called prior to the assigned appointment to let me know approximately what time he’d be arriving. I’ve had Guardian services now for almost 2 years, very pleased with the service they provide and would highly recommend them.
