Darren is Absolutely the least professional adult I have ever dealt with. I hired him about 20 days before my project date which is Monday December 4th. As of Tuesday 11-28 I still did not have a proposal or an invoice. When I pushed for a response he texted me to "Relax" When I finally received the proposal it was for 100 sq ft my job was for about 340 sq. ft I responded by making the necessary edits and waited for a reply. No reply except two texts that said --"busy can't talk right now" When trying to choose a color he told me, "not sure what I got in my warehouse gotta check." That was over a week ago. After so much frustration, I decided to sever my ties with this poor excuse for a business man. My thinking was anybody who is this unresponsive before they get paid will be nowhere to be found after the job is complete. So Now I have a project where I have closed my store, obtained commitments from various mechanics and the floor will not be completed. Everything else will be new except the floor because I trusted Darren Mitchell. Darren, I hope you pay for the damage you caused me 10 times over.
