This company is AMAZING! I called them with quite the predicament and they provided the best solution!

For over two years, I had broken glass on one of my patio french doors. They are triple pane glass panels with enclosed blinds. When cutting the grass, a rock flew and demolished the outer layer of tempered glass. I looked around everywhere and nobody could provide a simple replacement for the panel. This left me with an unprotected and overexposed patio door, victim to all of the elements and insane storms. My only temporary solution was a plastic sheet to cover the one door.

I found City Glass & Mirror Inc on Google and called them up. They offered me an in person consultation and also helped me save some money and time.

Tom looked over the panel and assessed. He gave me a reasonable overall solution, price with labor, and timeframe. I received a phone call within a week and was informed I was able to pick up the repaired panel.

I am not only amazed but forever grateful for the amazing service and professional craftsmanship in the work provided. My patio doors are whole once more!!!

We called City Glass & Mirror on a Saturday morning about getting a mirror trimmed that we purchased elsewhere. It didn’t quite fit in our side mirror holder. Even though they were closing soon, they said come on over and happily trimmed and even glued the mirror in for us. Thank you City Glass & Mirror! We would recommend you to anyone!

Excellent! Helpful customer service & fast. Drove all other way from Baltimore to get my framed mirror replaced that arrived broken from Etsy. No other glass company in my area would give me a quote over the phone or replace my mirror same-day. This place did! They offered to customize the replacement mirror to my specs and the entire process start to finish was less than 45mins. It was also only $38 for what I got done- much less than what I expected. Thank you!!! Will definitely tell others to support this small mom and pop business.

Tom replaced 9 large panels of glass in less than an hour. I was amazed. No mess inside the house and because they were so quick, no bugs were able to fly in. Tom is a man of great integrity, and a man who honors his word. I wasn't in a position to do the windows when he gave me the estimate, a bit of time went by however he still did it for the same price when I contacted him recently. Also worth noting is when I was contacted by Jaime the Office Manager via cell or email she was very professional.
I know if I need to have glass or mirror work done, hands down I will be calling Tom at City Glass and Mirror. Thank you I can finally open the blinds and look out the window.
