Overall

Contacted Dars to repair my fridge water dispenser. Technician replaced a valve for $269, however I am experiencing the same appliance failure. Conveniently outside of the 100 day guarantee, contacted Dars again about this concern as I have not even used the dispenser more than 10 times. I was offered the option for a technician to come out again for $69 in addition to the repair fee. After requesting to speak is a manager, the representative consistently said the manager was unavailable and would call me back. I have yet to speak with any one helpful after a week of trying.

Overall

Our old, but high priced dishwasher had a couple of problems and we were trying to repair instead of replacing. Dars appliance repair was amazing! The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable price, helped us with additional questions we had on our “old appliance” so that we could use the dishwasher’s full functionality, and surprised us with his vast knowledge. Great service/professionalism/expertise and fair cost. Will definitely use again.

Skilled and honest. Diagnosed problem and recommended we contact the manufacturer as opposed to paying him to repair, because the technician believed the part was under the original manufacturers warranty. The refrigerator was nearly 10 years old, and he was right, saving us the expense of replacing the compressor.

Well worth the $69 diagnostic fee.
