Very friendly, hard workers and punctual always leave my house very clean, smelling fresh, shinning bathrooms & kitchen.
Just love these Ladies they have mentioned as being group # 9.
I had to reschedule my monthly cleaning twice when contacting the office the staff very they were so professional and very pleasant and willing to work with my busy schedule.
Perfect in every regard!
I hope the owners, Managers or Supervisors takes a little time to read the reviews. Please feel so very proud of your Team the represent your company @ a very high standard.

I have been with Lilly’s for about two years and it’s always a pleasure to see crew 10. They keep my house from getting too dirty with a monthly cleaning. They are communicative and flexible when needed, I have to travel due to work and the office always accommodates me around my schedule. The team is always polite and does an excellent job. I will always recommend Lilly’s to my family and friends. I appreciate them so much.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work out. I sought to establish biweekly cleaning service and clarified that the initial clean would be a deep clean service. The crew was scheduled to arrive at 1pm, and dispatch was supposed to let me know whether they could accommodate a morning arrival (my initial request was immediately denied due to busy schedules after the labor day holiday). I never heard back and planned for a 1pm arrival. To my surprise the cleaners arrived at my door at 8am with barely a hello (no introduction), which threw my day and schedule off entirely.

The service felt incredibly rushed and midway through I noticed several areas that were not adequately cleaned (floors and window sills still had visible residue). The cleaners re-cleaned the bathroom floors per my request, and asked me to inspect the area. However, it was very apparent to me that the team was weary (and possibly did not want to be there from the start). I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy after overhearing all the groans, sighs, and complaints I reserved my further concerns for the follow-up call, tipped modestly (for the less than thorough and detailed but hard work nonetheless), and sent them on their way.

Being the homeowner, I know where the dirt hides, but one did not have to look hard to find it. They did not clean the cobwebs from the light fixtures, the cabinets above the stove still had a layer of grease on them, the vents/fixtures were visibly dusty, and some areas I asked to be cleaned were missed entirely (minus the office, which I asked them to skip given their unplanned arrival; yet, they attempted to squeeze into a packed closet I used for temporary storage to “clean” until I noticed and stopped the work). It was very clear to me that communication between the crew and front office was lacking.

Although I was advised that the front office would call me the next day to ask about the cleaning and schedule my next service, I never received a follow-up call. The next day and eventually a whole week passed with no further contact. I emailed the company to rescind the service agreement and secured another company, and still have yet to receive a response. The lack of follow-up and communication (especially after a mediocre clean) is highly unprofessional.

The company was very responsive to my request for an estimate, and Keiry was pleasant and personable during the walkthrough. But poor execution and lack of follow-through shortly after initiating service is a huge red flag. I’d seek service elsewhere to avoid the headache and time/money wasted.

So far so great! We paid for an initial cleaning and they did a thorough and impressive job. My wife is very picky and she was so impressed we decided to contract with Lilly's for regular cleaning.

The communication with the company has been excellent and quick. Their prices are policies have been fair, reasonable, and consistent. it is very nice to know what to expect in this regard.

We paid about twice as much for the initial cleaning but honestly, it was worth that. Our house had never been professionally cleaned and they cleaned spots we never really thought about (blinds, sills, air duct grills) in addition to the regular places (bathroom, kitchen, etc).

We plan to continue to use Lilly's!

Karen reached out and had a different, more experienced team of cleaners come to do a re-cleaning and wow were they great! They took their time and were very attentive. It felt like a deep clean this time around and I’m very happy with the results as my home looks spotless. I appreciate the management team making it right and am giving 5 stars for the exceptional customer service and new cleaning.

Karen gave us an estimate to clean our home and she was awesome! However the actual cleaners definitely rushed through the cleaning that was supposed to be a first-time deep clean. We did a walkthrough with them and pointed out stuff we saw. A positive is that the house smelled really nice after the cleaning. However, the next day we started seeing a ton of missed spots, dust and cobwebs that were not addressed. It felt more like a routine cleaning than a deep clean. We also saw that they didn’t clean/vacuum one of the rooms in the basement at all. I won’t be using them for future cleanings, but overall the cleaning wasn’t bad and the cleaners were very friendly.
