Great to work with! Fast and easy service. They were able to schedule me for the next day, and even called to say they could come early! Took less than 10 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! Great value as well!

123Junk was super efficient, affordable, and easy to work with. I was able to talk to someone on a Sunday, and my junk was out of our driveway by Monday afternoon. The pricing was fair, and Spencer & Kadeem made quick work out of getting our things hauled out (less than 30 minutes). Very professional and easy to work with company with great employees who know how to get the job done! We will definitely use them again in the future if needed!

Overall

The crew that came to our home was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, very careful of walls and railings. I spoke to several of them about how hard the work was on a hot day and each and every one of them gave me a upbeat and polite reply. We had a lot of very heavy, difficult to move pieces of furniture and they took it all. I would highly recommend your business based on this set of workers. Thank you so much for sending them.

I have been wanting to get rid of my 2 couches matching chair and love seat for a long time.
De-clutter my condo but with a bad back on 3rd floor condo and waiting for a friend with a truck it seemed it would never happen.
I found 123JUNK on Google.
The moment I spoke to Barbara I knew I made the right call!
She was very outgoing and friendly on the phone and explained the process perfectly.
A few days later I met Sean and A.J. and the old saying “The apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree”
Sean and A.J. Were a very good reflection or Barbara explaining the entire process and how they will donate the furniture to those in need if the furniture is in good enough shape.
I loved that 123JUNK Does that and once I heard that it was a very easy decision to move forward.
Good Customer Service is everything to me and that’s exactly what I got from Sean and A.J.
They were very personable and professional and made the entire process stress free by letting me know each step of the way what was next.
I’m so glad I found Barbara Sean and A.J. and have already given 123JUNK’S number to several friends and a few neighbors that saw Sean and A.J. Carrying my former furniture down 3 flights of stairs to their truck.
I highly recommend 123JUNK. It was one of the best experiences I have had from beginning to end and now thanks to 123Junk Barbara, Sean and A.J. I got my condo back and can breath again and loving the space I now have on my condo.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I give 123JUNK and staff a 100!!!
