Had 3 vanity door mirrors replaced in 2005 at cost of $37.49 per door and $20 labor per for total bill of $178.09 after tax. I was quite happy with the job. They increased price for repairing one a few years later at about double the cost, but still just under $100. The problem came
when I had one taken there last time they wanted almost $300 per door for two doors!!! Exact same doors and job. When I called them to explain I have had them replaced there before for much less (I couldn't find the old invoices at the time, but have since), the woman said "they have no record of me being a customer", even though they came and replaced my shower door in January 19, 2017 for $703. Summary is that they were inexplicably rude and were gouging me, even though my friend who physically took the door to them for repair the last time was a commercial customer well known to the owner. They explained to him that the labor required was extensive, and might not be able to be done (they repaired 4 doors over the years w/o issue).

If they no longer no longer wanted to do that sort of work, then they could have said so without the rudeness and gouging.

I took my shower door there to get the hinge replaced. I was told that the hinge was fine that the door needed adjustment. when I asked him to clarify he just said he couldn't say and he couldn't get me out the door fast enough. I guess it wasn't a big enough job for him to help me with. I won't be going back there again. I'm going to give them one star just because it's the only way I can post this.
