I recently had the pleasure of working with Lumina Solar for the installation of solar panels on my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, every aspect of the process was handled with exceptional professionalism and care.

Sales Representative: Gabriel Shabtai was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and concerns, providing clarity to a complex process from the beginning of the project and continued engaging with me all the way to the end.

Coordination and Installation: The coordination team ensured that everything went smoothly, and the installers were efficient, respectful, and meticulous in their work. The activation process was seamless, and I was kept informed at every step. Lumina Solar was diligent in sending a person to patch and paint the drywall as soon as the solar installation was completed.

Administrative Staff: The administrative staff handled all aspects of the project, including coordinating for me to receive Federal and county tax credits. They also helped me set up my SREC Trade account. The fact that Lumina Solar handles these administrative tasks is a BIG deal for homeowners, who often know very little about the process. From talking with acquaintances and friends who have had solar installed, I learned that not all companies assist with this aspect of solar.

I also want to highlight a stark contrast with one of the solar companies I consulted with to compare prices. One company attempted to use scare tactics by telling me that Lumina Solar had been sued. My experience with Lumina Solar has been nothing short of exemplary, and I am grateful I chose them.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lumina Solar to my neighbors and anyone considering solar energy solutions. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

We were interested in installing solar panels at our house, but had a bad experience with our first salesman from another company. After that, I carefully read reviews before reaching out to another company, and we contacted Lumina. We were SO much happier with the Lumina salesman who came out: Charlie. He was very helpful and well-informed, but we never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, which made us feel more at ease. Between the positive reviews and our great experience working with Charlie, it was an easy decision to go with Lumina. There were some speed bumps along the way, but they all seemed to be the result of Delmarva and the older electrical infrastructure at our house. As of yesterday, we finally have our system activated, and it's already producing at maximum capacity! Thank you, Lumina, for making it possible for us to have clean electricity for our house!

Very happy with my solar panels. Got them about 3 years ago. No issues so far. The Lumina people did an excellent job showing me the array and what sunlight exposure I would potentially get all online. Permitting was smooth, installation was smooth... They were even able to slightly adjust the plans the day of. I was referred to them by a neighbor and since then another neighbor has also installed based off my referral. I highly recommend.

I had solar panels and an EV charger installed at my house during the summer of 2021. I cannot say enough about my experience and results. First, I worked with Ryan Cook. The information he provided as well as the thoroughness of walking us through every aspect of the process was second to none. They were also very transparent and spot on about the pricing.

We've been thinking about going solar for a while. Now that we're likely staying in our house longer than anticipated we decided to pull the trigger. We obtained 5 quotes, it boiled down to a few contenders, but Lumina Solar stood out as one that seemed to have great customer service, good equipment, fair financing and nice warranty options....so we stuck with them. So far absolutely no regrets. The process has taken some time, and we couldn't squeeze the amount of panels we thought we could initially, but nonetheless this company has been great to deal with. Panels were installed yesterday, the crew was awesome. They were done efficiently and effectively. Communication was great throughout. Our sales rep did a great job keeping us in the loop and explaining the details. Looking forward to the inspection, new meter, and then flipping the big switch to ON.
