Bad experience with customer service, they are not at all careful with the materials they are delivering to you, the person in charge of the warehouse, he is the one who delivers the material, he is very distracted and is not careful with the materials and because of those carelessness, you have to return another day to pick up the material that has been damaged just for not being careful to move them.

Great selection and helpful sales staff. However, my tiles were given to me loose in unsealed boxes and some were bundled and secured with a cellophane wrapper. I did not need all the tiles I ordered and when I tried to return the unused ones in the same containers in which they were given to me but THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM FOR RETURN because they were not in sealed boxes. They didn’t give any of them to me in sealed boxes. I won’t do business with them again and I will need tile again in the fall for another project.

Has all the tile installation supplies you could dream of. Tile showroom has great designer tile at great prices with excellent customer service. Warehouse-side has modern supplies like Wedi backer board but the three times I have been in the warehouse, guys weren't interested in answering questions, but still the best place near DC for tiling materials

Had a frustrating time with this company as a whole. None of the locations had the product size we were looking for but 2 of the locations told me a larger version could be cut down to our size. Arrived here to pick it up and was then informed this was not the case and we needed a completely different product. The employee here did not know what was in stock and spent a lot of time running to and from the warehouse to see what was in and asking other employees where other items could be found. Was here much longer then I had planned and was frustrated to be forced to re-think our design plan on the spot due to miss-information. We will try not to be back...but as they are the only distributor of a certain product in the area it might not be possible.
