Mr. Phillips has been amazing thus far after we switched from a different company, and he has been assisting us on a very tight timeline with professionalism, constant communication, and absolute flexibility. I am a very picky customer and concerned about every little detail, and Mr. Phillips thus far has been extremely attentive to these concerns. I will update again once the countertop is actually installed, but so far, I would highly recommend this company.

Picked a remnant for a very small area. Bad experience start to finish. When we went to pick it up, the remnant we chose was still sitting in the yard. When my husband looked at our finished piece, the parts that would be against the wall were jagged and chipped. In addition, this piece had veins of gold running through it, completely NOT what we wanted. We refused the counter, and the manager said we still had to pay for the measurement service, which we argued against. Fortunately, the manager probably just wanted to be rid of us and refunded the full amount.
Felt like a bait and switch. Buyer BEWARE.

Drove by the following week and the original "trash" is still in the same spot.

Mr. Phillips worked with us through the whole process of countertop change out and tile backsplash installation and was always communicating and following up on all our requests. The 2 gentlemen who did the countertop were amazing…working until 8 in the evening to make sure everything was right. Tile installers were excellent as well. I worked with Kenny, Kwame and Walter to have my new kitchen island done. I came to them to see if it was possible to have it in before Christmas and they guaranteed me it would be. They did not disappoint. They were so nice to work with. Kwame got my vision and was able to put it to a 3-D model. It was exactly what I wanted. Walter made sure the countertop got measured & polished on time for me. Kenny found me the countertop, I was told by others that it wasn't available in the size I wanted. My salesperson, Kenny was wonderful. He was kind patient and very thorough at explaining things and answering all my questions. He gave me space to make my options in a no pressure way and worked hard to stay in my budget and offer me options to do so. I spent 25 years in sales and I can say that Kenny is a pro at his job, he was everything one hopes a sales person is.
The gentleman who measured my countertops, also fantastic! He was able to arrive earlier than the time expected and called to see if that was ok. As we have been in the middle of the lockdown due to Covid19 he arrived with every safety precaution including a full face mask, which I found to be very courteous of him. He did a great job and also was swift professional and very nice.
My installers. I cannot say enough great things about them. These guys worked hard having to get large counters up a curved stairway in a townhouse while wearing masks ( again I thank you!) they were so nice, did a great job and made sure everything was great for me. They took the time to also clean up and not leave a mess and OMG do my counters look SPECTACULAR!!!

All in all I do recommend Granite Outlet for price, selection, timeliness, and a high standard of workmanship with every aspect of this company

If I had to find ANYTHING to criticize , it would be a minor point. I DID have a bit of difficulty get return calls with a minor question after my install. BUT I can also fairly say with the midst of a panademic and a skeleton staff for safety reasons, it's completely understandable!

We tore out developer quartz and used Granite Outlet to redo our whole house which was over 100sqft of stone. I went to five different granite warehouses looking for a taupe, white, and gold flecked stone to match floors and cabinets. Granite Outlet had a rare quartzite that matched perfectly, and then had a beautiful granite that made our bathrooms pop. Kenny was awesome to work with and kept us up to date on fabrication and install and we were treated to a super professional job. It was our fifth home granite project and BY FAR our best experience ever. Really cool and artistic stuff that puts some wow factor into your home!

We were looking for a particular granite top, and no one stocked the color. It was going to be two to three weeks before any retailer would have it available. So my husband suggested we call the Granite Outlet, and they had it! Their selection of granite and other tops is impressive. We were quickly provided an estimate, measured the next day, and installed less than a week later. The installers were very professional. We have an old home from the 50's and when there was an small issue with a wall, the installer had a quick solution to make everything fit. The counters are in and we think our new kitchen looks amazing.
