We recently worked with Phil for both a pre-construction and a pre-closing inspection, and he was spectacular both times. He is friendly, extremely thorough and explains everything fully, using pictures, videos and a detailed and methodical report. It even includes suggestions for us as homeowners. The builder did not push back on anything, and the builder was very complementary of Phil. Phil identified several very important adjustments that needed to be made and that we would never have noticed without him, as well as a long list of tweaks and fixes. Collectively, they have enhanced both the structure and finish of the home and given us complete confidence in closing. We will enthusiastically recommend Phil to others.
