We recently worked with Phil for both a pre-construction and a pre-closing inspection, and he was spectacular both times. He is friendly, extremely thorough and explains everything fully, using pictures, videos and a detailed and methodical report. It even includes suggestions for us as homeowners. The builder did not push back on anything, and the builder was very complementary of Phil. Phil identified several very important adjustments that needed to be made and that we would never have noticed without him, as well as a long list of tweaks and fixes. Collectively, they have enhanced both the structure and finish of the home and given us complete confidence in closing. We will enthusiastically recommend Phil to others.

Phil did my pre-purchase home inspection. Having had bad experiences in the past with home inspectors, I was very cautious. From the moment I met Phil, he put me at ease. His knowledge and willingness to explain what he was looking for and why to a novice home buyer was very appreciated. Phil inspected our new home construction, and was amazing to work with. While we purchased a brand new home from a great home builder, Phil still preformed an incredibly thorough inspection, found things that needed to be fixed and helped us work with the homebuilder to get it all done. 10 out 10 experience. Could not recommend higher. Don't think because you are buying new construction that you don't need a good inspection!
