We hired Guy and his team first for our kitchen cabinets and then again for a custom living room piece that was fairly complicated. His attention to detail and quality is unmatched. As an architect I can't recommend Cohen Cabinetry enough. Thanks Guy.

Overall

Truly a five-star rating, and I say that as (a) a very satisfied customer who didn't know of Guy until a contractor recommended him to us, and (b) someone who, many months after the work was completed, still walks down to get her morning coffee and thinks, "I LOVE my kitchen." My husband would say the same (and get more technical and in the weeds about all the details). We have gotten many compliments, particularly on the quality and attention to said detail. Truly superb craftsmanship. And the service: clearly experienced, professional, responsive, patient, and kind. Guy listened to what we wanted to do and offered expert suggestions (e.g., cabinets vs. drawers, woods and stains--we went with bamboo, storage of large appliances and cutting boards, placement of electrical outlets, you name it), and was patient with us as we changed our minds a few times. He let us come to his work studio to see the cabinets being made, and installed them both efficiently and with an eye to getting them lined up perfectly. I meant to write this review right after our kitchen was completed, but now it's more than six months later and I can still say we are so pleased and would (and have) recommended Guy to others.

I cannot recommend Guy highly enough. I had him build me a custom made cabinet in the kitchen with pull out drawers and a set of library bookshelves with sliding library ladder. He did a terrific job. He was very responsive, listened to my brief, suggested his own design improvements (which I really loved) and then did a great job designing, building and installing the units. The quality of the design and craftmanship of the work is excellent. Every visitor to my apartment comments on them. I would highly recommend him and I hope to use him, and his company, again in the future.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and our master and guest bathrooms also redone. We hired Guy Cohen to build our cabinets and vanities and linen closet for us.A few years ago we also had Guy recreate our office in our home as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a master craftsman and his knowledge, experience and raw talent for woodworking cabinet/furniture maker excels anyone I've ever met out there in the "woodworking" world. His love of his craft is evident in everything he does and he goes beyond what you ask or expect in providing value and functionality. He has an intuitive sense of what you need and works with you or your builder to bring your wishes to life. We absolutely love the work he has done for us and feel we have invested in something very special as we look at his beautiful workmanship!

I recently renovate my kitchen and dining area using Cohen Custom Cabinetry.I must say that Guy did a great job from the early stage of the design, implementation, and installation. He visited my home few times to better understand my needs, for measurements, and to provides recommendation. You can really appreciate his work when you notice the attention to details in every step and the final product. Guy does not only design and build cabinets, he is an artist and you can see it is his work.
