The plumbers were very good and communicate great with customers. They were on time and did a nice job replacing my frost free spigot. I want to recommend that the office staff make notes from customers so that all the office staff can have the same information when someone is out. I'm giving 5 stars because you can't fault the hard working guys who did their best to make me as a new customer happy. Thank you go Chesapeake Plumbing for squeezing me in! I can recommend them.

I’ve been a satisfied customer for a while but today Chesapeake Plumbing really came through! We had a huge leak with water spraying all over, and they were able to get to our house and fix it within 2 hours! I am so appreciative they were able to help us today since tomorrow is a holiday. Called Chesapeake around 745 AM for a clogged drain pipe. They returned my call about 30 min. later. Said plumber would arrive at my home between 11 and 1, and he arrived at 10:45. Jake diagnosed the problem, went to work, snaked out the drain pipe and finished around 12:45. Gave me a few options, but was not pushy. Problem solved, and I would strongly consider using them again.

I had a last minute surprise when my dishwasher was delivered and was supposed to be installed but upon arrival I was told they wouldn’t be able to and I had to call a plumber. I called Chesapeake Plumbing Inc and they came out the next day to do the install. The plumber that came out was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. Will 100% use them again !

I called Chesapeake Plumbing for a leak to be looked at as soon as possible. Amanda returned my call quickly and had Jake and Ryan come to my home within the hour. They fixed the leaks and also answered a lot of my questions which I really appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and very professional. I later had another plumbing problem and Jake came to fix that and once again did a very thorough job and he was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use Chesapeake Plumbing again and really appreciate their help!

Very good experience with Chesapeake Plumbing. Actually showed up earlier than expected timeframe, but they gave me a call in advance to confirm that was ok. Found the problem with our drainpipe going from house to outside of house and quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely call them again for any of my plumbing issues

After getting a couple of estimates, we decided on Chesapeake Plumbing to replace an old toilet with a cracked tank. Gary arrived as scheduled, was very professional, and communicated when issues were found. After removing the toilet, he found the old flange was broken and secured incorrectly requiring repair. While he didn’t have parts on the truck, he was able to get them and complete the repair in a reasonable time. He cleaned up the area when the work was done. We would definitely use again.
