I can’t say enough about Carpet and Floor express! The salesman Tony was a pleasure to work with. He talked us through the entire process and gave us the best price. The whole process was seamless and professional. We re did our entire home and absolutely love our new floors! We highly recommend Carpet and floor express!

Overall

We walked in, browsed, spoke to Tony about what we were looking for, and made our purchase the same day. Someone was sent to measure within a few days, and the installation was done soon after. The process and pricing was smooth and organized. The installers worked swiftly and the job looked great overall the day it was finished.

While customer service and availability was great, there were some issues. It appears the foam pad used was not a great pairing for the carpet we chose, and small lumps could be felt sporadically throughout the installation when walking over it day-to-day.

Tony sent the original installers to look at the problem as soon as I brought it to his attention, but it was not a problem that could be easily remedied. I felt the noticeable lumpiness is an important consideration since the product is what stays with us for the years to come.

There were also several incidents of carpet staples embedded pointing upwards that I came across by stepping on them over a month after installation. I let Tony know so that more attention can be given when laying carpet down to help avoid these situations in the future.

All in all, everything was done swiftly and communication was forthcoming, but some attention to detail with regard to carpet selection suggestion and clearing the area before installation could be more helpful.
