They sent a tech who didn't know what is wrong with the dishwasher. He replaced control board saying it is bad and then asked me to order buttons. Eventually I opened it myself and found that neither control board nor buttons was a problem. The problem was the LED light strip that sits between the button and the board. I ordered and fixed it myself and it is working with the old control board and the buttons without issue. If tech had opened it up, he should know exactly what part was the problem. Also when he replaced the board, he just put everything back without connecting the wire. Then had to.reopen everything again to connect the wires. I am not a professional technician but I know that work has to be tested before putting everything back. Worst experience.

Update: they are saying I only ordered board and not the buttons which is why it didn't work. But as I mentioned in my review above, neither board nor the button was issue. They are not accepting the fact that tech couldn't figure out what part to replace even after opening it.

We have a dishwasher that stopped draining. We called Expert Appliance Fix. They gave straight answers to our questions. The technician came the same day and confirmed that the drain pump needs to be replaced. Since he had to order the new pump, we rescheduled the repair to next day. Before replacing the pump, technician tested it and found a shard of glass stuck in it. We are glad that we found the reason for the drainage issue.

The technician and the owner were courteous, professional, and respectful. We were sent the invoice via text and the payment process was seamless.
