We needed new security gates and a strong inner door leading from the kitchen to the basement. It was so easy and pleasant working with everyone at Master Seal in Baltimore. The office staff Jo and Ashley, Daniel who came out to measure, Jeff who did the installations, Marty who did the touch-up work once the doors settled, and especially Bill, who fielded all of my questions with patience and honesty, EVERYONE was a true pleasure to work with and speak to. Bill is one of the most ethical people I have ever dealt with. My mother felt we needed new security grates on our 6 basement windows. He could have easily agreed and "taken us for all we had," but Bill said No, the existing grates were in perfect shape and didn't need to be replaced. We can't say enough wonderful things about Master Seal. We give them the highest recommendation possible. My mother feels much more secure and safe in her home, and for that, Master Seal we say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!! Long may you serve the people of Maryland. Scott M.

I grew up knowing the name and the jingle, so when we needed four sets of replacement doors for our patio, decks, basement and family room it was an easy decision. We priced the job and got two other presentations. MS was not the least expensive but the quality was clearly superior. Our rationale is if we are only investing once…do it right. We were delayed because of other deck work being done, MS was patient and willing to come on whenever we were ready. From salesman Bill, to contractors Tony, Ron and Ron to customer service Alicia… this transaction was EVERYTHING you hope a home project will be. Professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, pleasantness, cleanliness, price and lack of stress. We just can’t say enough. Eventually we will need windows without hesitation we will likely call MS in hopes of duplicating this experience. The final product is as excellent as expected. If this company is a contender for your project, feel comfortable in your decision.

My husband and I had 2 sets of double doors installed by Master Seal in August 2023. We selected the Allegro model in black with lever style handles for our outer deck and outer patio doors. The initial installation was done by the brother team of Tony and Ron. They did a fantastic job! They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their craft. Due to the weather, they installed the patio doors and the deck doors were installed two days later by Ron Behr. He was also very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his craft. He did the installation by himself, and he did a fantastic job!! Both teams did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. The quality of the doors and the price were great. We compared other companies prior to selecting Master Seal, and we are very satisfied with our choice! I would recommend them if you are in need of new doors.

We ordered a custom door for our basement that took months to come in. When it was finally scheduled to be installed, the appointments were canceled twice due to "weather", causing scheduling messes for both my husband and i. The first day, it flurried for 10 minutes in the afternoon. The second time, it was windy...Alicia, who answers the phone when you call was very nice and professional and wanted to help but there wasn't much she could do. I asked Alicia what master seal was going to do about this, said that we should be offered a discount. She did get us set up the following week for installation. But no discount. I guess the owner of this company would rather have $200 than a repeat customer or positive referrals. Do not recommend.

Master Seal Installers rank among the best I've ever known. I am a retired carpenter and former owner of a home improvement company. I personally replaced this window and the 14 others in my home 30+ years ago. Other replacement window bidders excluded protection/restoration of the beautiful interior finishes for this window (see picture) above our Kitchen sink where we spend a lot of time when we're indoors. I would estimate that the effort put forth to install this unit and leave the interior finishes intact exceeded 30% of the effort to install the other 14 windows that were included in the job. I rate the quality of the work, the skills of the craftsmen, their patience, courtesy, friendliness and diligence to be truly outstanding. Post installation we have had two service calls to correct malfunctioning window latches, and both were handled very promptly.

I had the builder grade garage entry door replaced by Master Seal. The price was well worth it. As they say, you get what you pay for. They recommended an AMI door with magnetic seals and the door is excellent! I love my new door and I can't believe it took me so long to replace it! Ron Behr did the installation and he was fantastic - very professional and detailed to get the door just right. When my new sliders come in, Ron will be installing these too. I can't wait! I highly recommend Master Seal.
