We have worked with Robert for about 10 years. After meeting and working with Robert we have no desire to ever work with a different engineer. He works with Smiley Renovations to come up with practical and reasonable repairs / engineering designs for new projects. He has always been an absolute professional and we look forward to many more years working together. We would not hesitate to recommend APAC to anyone.

My firm has worked with Robert for 20 years plus. We have never had an issue with any of his engineering solutions. In fact, we have been complimented by building inspectors on the structural designs provided by APAC.
Robert is also a upstanding person and a breeze to work with. Always has a positive attitude and delivers his work on time and in a pleasant manner.
I have referred Robert to other contractors and their experiences have been exactly the same.

I have known Robert for almost 20 years, and since the first project that we worked together, I knew that I was not going to need or use any other structural engineer for my projects. I would not be able to do any of my residential projects without his help. Thanks to his extensive construction knowledge, attention to detail, honesty, excellent customer services, and quick thinking to resolve any structural issues that may come up during construction, we have designed and built 100’s of projects together.

I have worked with APAC Engineering for years, on many projects, from very small and straightforward renovation and addition projects to much more complicated whole house solutions. Robert provides concrete explanations and solutions that are not just generic. He is easy to work with and treats all with respect, courtesy and will give you an honest answer. I feel confident that my design vision will come through with Robert as the structural engineer and genuinely enjoy collaborating with him.
