I have lived ten miles away my entire life and never went in. Not sure why. I’ve looked for new curtains for several months and hadn’t found anything that I liked. I decided to try the curtain shop. Who would have known they would have multiple curtain options and something for everyone?! In addition to curtain they had other home decor which was also very nice. I found the perfect curtains. To top it off the sweetest young lady helped me out. I’ll be back soon to check out the rest!

They cut all my window shades too short in width. The store manager went into detail why I was wrong and not him. They would not work with me to fix the problem unless I paid for all new shades. As I walked out the door, another customer came up to me and said her shades were cut too short too.
Customer is always right, even if they are wrong. Good business practice!!!

Outstanding service from Brandon today! Presented for help with a large window... Needed updated window treatments for new home. Explained what we had for a window and Brandon provided three options. We ended up purchasing for an additional window in the same room so everything would all match. Dennis, checked us out and he was very attentive, kind and polite. You'd never know he was still "In Training!" Very appreciative of the assistance provided to us today and we will definitely return! My mother was a huge Curtainshop fan... and I now know why! You definitely receive quality curtains and know how from experienced staff!

I admit, I resisted shopping there because I assumed it was a custom window treatment design shop with the high price tag that goes along with it. I am glad to admit that I was wrong. They have a nice selection of pre-made drapery and hardware that are very reasonably priced. I was able to pick up just what I needed and pay a good price. The staff were helpful without being pests. Overall, I would recommend stopping by to see if they have what you need.
