I went in looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring for my home. I was treated very rudely. I left my information to get a call back and they never did. When I finally called back myself they told me they didn't have time for me nor the product I was interested in. Needlessly rude for no reason. Wouldn't go back.

We recently had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed by Ben's Flooring. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to get us the exact shade of flooring we wanted (trying to coordinate with knotty pine walls). We took home MANY samples (large pieces).... The installer we had (Michael) was fabulous. He was prompt - arriving at 7:30am every day - and working hard throughout the day. He was very professional and did excellent work. He was also friendly and helpful, answering questions and helping us move heavy furniture, The whole process was very painless and we absolutely LOVE the new floor!

I highly recommend this business!!! We will use them again for sure!

Ben’s Flooring has done multiple projects in our home and they’ve never been anything but polite and professional. Everything from picking out the carpet and tile to setting up the times the work will be completed has been totally hassle free. Ben typically comes several times during the projects to ensure everything is running smoothly. His workers explain the process and check in with us if anything unexpected pops up.
Our most recent project was having the wall behind our wood stove replaced with tile. Isaac, who came to complete the job, exceeded all expectations and created a work of art! We are beyond thrilled with the result! 100% recommend Ben’s!

Had a very unpleasant experience trying to get a kitchen and bath renovation quote. It's been a couple months since measurements were taken, so I called to follow up. I got a call back where the woman said that they couldn't give me a quote until I came to pick everything (tile, cabinets, etc) out at their showroom. I was confused and said that hadn't been communicated to me. And instead of laughing it off and saying, "Oh yeah, come on by and we'll get the ball rolling again," her response was "You should have known."

It was a profoundly rude interaction. I told her we'd pass. We have received quotes without "picking everything out." Communication skills clearly need work. It is unfortunate since I have neighbors who raved about how professional their installers are.

Just had all first floor new flooring , all second floor new carpeted, new kitchen counter, new sink, new faucet, new backsplash done. They even fixed all the upstairs doors, as they were too long with the new carpet. Love it all. Beautiful! Both offices were very helpful, lots of choices, and workers did a very professional job in a timely manner.

My company set an appointment for them to come measure an apartment and give us a bid for the flooring; we never received an email about the bid. I returned to the store to ask about the bid and they had lost the measurements. We scheduled another time and as I waited 30 minutes later than appointment time I called to ask if they were showing and the company had no idea where their guy was. An hour passed and I got a call that he's would be swinging by later. Well after all this we still never got an estimate. Big waste of time!

Floors look beautiful. Had the hardwood floors refinished in June, 2018, before moving into the home. Price was competitive, staff was professional, floors came out terrific. The house is almost 30 years old and the floors look like new.
