Unfortunately, I can't offer any better than 1 star for Lincoln/Haney. To begin, it took 3-4 phone calls and several messages to have someone return my phone call. After speaking with Mike about the barn we wished to restore, he came out to see it, take measurements and talk to me about the project. Though Mike was very pleasant, he was pessimistic about the project. Nonetheless, he said he would send me a list of things that would need to be done to bring our barn to a useable state. We never heard back from him after that. I called roughly 3 weeks afterward asking about "the list" and his response was "boy, you're really anxious to get this, aren't you?" He said that he had some bigger projects working, but he would get it to me. It has been months now and I haven't received anything: not even a courtesy email to say 'sorry for the delay, we'll get this to you as soon as we can.' We were obviously not a high priority nor worth the effort to Lincoln/Haney. I would offer another star because Mike and one other person I spoke to were pleasant to speak with, but because we were left feeling as though we weren't the caliber of project they wanted take on - just a small family with a barn and a pipe dream - a second star isn't deserved. Sorry guys. You blew this one.

Mike has worked very hard to help me with my project. There were budget constraints . Lincoln/ Haney worked with me to let this project move forward. Thank you Michael Cunningham.
