I called about cedar posts, and one of the requirements was that they needed to be at least 8 inches in diameter. Brian assured me that they had them and said to come on over. I drove 2.5 hours one way, only to find out that none of the posts were 8 inches in diameter. When I asked Brian why he lied, he smiled and said, "sorry." There's no respect for customers and their time.

We have now used Lumbery for 3 projects and have been beyond satisfied each time! Lumbery team helped us design a custom wall mounted L shaped desk, easy for us to put together at home. Next we bought our cedar for a fence we built this summer, gorgeous wood. Most recently we went ahead and ordered the Barrel Sauna ! Lumbery team made the entire process easy from ordering, delivery to setup. We're extremely happy with quality and overall finish of sauna - couldn't be more stoked!

The Lumbery is my go-to spot for all DIY needs. The staff is friendly and an incredible resource for planning/troubleshooting projects. The Tool Library is also a lifesaver.

Maybe most importantly, they are a local business that goes above and beyond for the community. Sponsoring teams, running fundraisers, and donating their labor/knowledge to local schools - I feel good about every dollar I spend with them.

I had a very positive experience at The Lumbery. I went into the shop several days in a row to get multiple pieces of wood cut for a complicated project (installing a new air conditioner in my campervan) and everyone I met was kind, helpful, and patient (I even had a toddler in tow). The wood was cut (and recut, when I made measuring errors) quickly. I never could have completed this project without buying expensive tools if it wasn’t for The Lumbery. The store is really nice too- it is well stocked with everything you need for your project, as well as lovely wooden toys and gifts. A great experience!
