Overall

Unprofessional staff, no understanding of customer service protocols, rude woman on phone, verbally attacked when I called in good faith to come to a reasonable solution after a communication error on their part. Will never do business with them. Owner was calm on phone after woman yelled but it was like talking to a brick wall.

We have been with Rod's Electric for five years and our interaction has always been positive. Kevin, the service techs, and staff are outstanding. We have had nothing but a positive experience with these folks.

All staff dealt with were highly unprofessional. The owner is uptight and has the worst business ethic I've ever seen. Can't deliver on time. Complete waste of time and money. Dear other potential customers. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE SLOPPY, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HATEFILLED, ETC. I could continue but I feel I've said enough. Don't waste your life on this company its not worth it and from what I heard from my neighbors down a few houses from me they constantly cause problems for other people as well.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT SPAM. THE OWNER IS LYING!!! How typical to call honest reviews spam to make it seem like you are the victim instead of the victimizer. It like you forget security cameras exist and can record audio as well as video.
Gotta love how it took them MONTHS to respond to my review with only one word which further lends credit to the worst business ethic I've ever seen comment I made. Very unprofessional response in all aspects: Timing, Handling, and wording.

I contacted Rod's for quote in early September. They were out within a week for a site evaluation and quote the price they quoted me was spot on with the number that was in my head. They set an install date within a month. They were right on time. Polite and a pleasure to work with. They didn't try to push me into something more than I told them I wanted. Everything went off like clockwork. I wish I could say the same about the gas company! That's another review on another site.

We checked a couple places when we decided to have a generator installed.Kevin came to our home explained every thing very well and explained our options. Generator was installed on time and if I had a question Melissa answered them quickly. We got more for our money so we are happy we went with Rod’s Electric.Very satisfied..
