They told me I needed 1300 dollars worth of work on my hvac system. There was apparently nothing wrong with the parts they told me I needed replaced

Lost electricity due to a storm so sump pump wasnt working. Because of such basement flooded a bit.

When electricity came back my hvac system wasn't working properly. I figured it suffered water damage and contacted these guys

A guy came over and was here for a couple hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He told me I needed a new motherboard and motherboard for blower. It was going to cost me 1300. Problem is is there is no blower motherboard.

I was told they would be over in about a week with parts. They nvr called, nvr showed up on they day they said they'd be here. Funny thing was that in the mean time my furnace started working. Yep. They tried telling me I needed 1300 dollars worth of work done to a furnace that had nothing wrong with it.

For a week I had no heat in half the house. Because of this my pipes froze. I couldn't take a shower, couldn't wash the dishes, and couldn't sleep in the bedroom due to no heat.

Thing is is that apparently nothing was wrong with the hvac system. All I did was turn the propane back on to the furnace and it started working.

One day they randomly showed up to my house saying they have the parts. I told them theres nothing wrong with the unit.

At the end of everything they still want me to pay them 140 dollars for services to my hvac system. Typical contract service.

How they have such a high rating blows my mind

Called with an unexpected hot water tank leak! Even though they were fully booked they squeezed me in and fixed the problem lickety split! Just pay them fairly and on time if you want to still have them!

The fitch heating crew have put a new ideal furnace, water softener system, and several other odd jobs on my house recently. They have a couple more things to finish up but the work is top notch and I have nothing but good things to say about there quality and service for me as a customer. The wife and I really appreciate the due diligence and determination they set forth to get through the job. There was also a mistake on my part for the project and they are being super flexible on having to come back and finish things up in the middle of December. Brandon who is the owner was also there working overtime to get the job done in a timely manner. One of the four days they spent at the house they were there for 10 and a half hours! That's dedication! Thanks again guys!

Absolutely top notch!
Our garbage disposal rusted out and broke away from the sink and pulled the drain on the other sink with it, so we were left without a usable kitchen sink. Not good!
Well, I called a few local plumbers and got the same response: "Sorry, but we're too busy dealing with heating issues and frozen pipes right now to help you, maybe in a couple of weeks we can help you." Which I totally understood.
I called Fitch Heating after hearing about them from another plumber, and within 24 hours my garbage disposal and sink are all fixed! The charge was very, very reasonable and the technician, Brett, was professional, prompt, and very willing to answer any questions I had. He cleaned the whole area after he was done, too. He was great!
We will be using Fitch Heating for ALL of our plumbing AND heating needs from now on. Thank you, Fitch Heating!

Walked into my furnace room to hear the smoke detector going off and the furnace running really hard. Called Fitch right away and they had someone here in 30min on one of the coldest days of the year. The woman (Amanda I believe was her name) that runs the phones called me back as I was leaving a message. Very nice and helpful. Turns out it was my smoke detector battery and the furnace is totally fine. The technician was super friendly and kind. He assured me that the furnace was clean, and had no cracks in it. He taught me a few things about how my furnace works and was on his way. Very impressed with the service and even more impressed with the quick response and callback! Thank you so much!! It’s better safe, than sorry! Highly recommend! I owe you some cinnamon rolls!
