If I could give zero stars I would. We found a blue and white ottoman for $200.00 that we loved. When we wanted to purchase it, they told us that it was originally from a tent sale and it had been dirty but they had "cleaned it up" and now they couldn't sell it for that price. Instead, they offered to sell it to us for 50% off the original price of $995.00.

So they are selling "dirty, cleaned up" items on the floor of their shop ( without customer knowledge) and not honoring their own price tag of $200.00.

Instead, they removed the sale price tag of $200.00 in front of us and now presumably they are selling it for the original price of $995.00 or perhaps the "sale price" of 50% off $995.00 but not letting customers know that the item has been dirty and subsequently "cleaned up."

This means that any item purchased in the Hurlbutt store could have been in a tent sale, become dirty and stained, and then "cleaned up" and the customer would never know and think they were purchasing a new item. This is an upscale shop that should not be involved in such shady practices. Dishonest
and Disgraceful!! Retailers should honor their own sale price tags and should not be passing off "cleaned up" items from a tent sale as new.

She is wonderful to work with—she met with us early on listening to what we were looking for, offering constructive and very helpful suggestions.
